Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan with 298 lots of Socialized Housing Project (Direct Sale Program) of a parcel of land containing nineteen thousand one hundred eighty nine (19,189) square meters gross project area, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-195521 of the Register of Deeds of Quezon City and registered in the name of the Philippine National Bank, lot 877-B FLS-1755-D, Himlayan road, Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the United Senate Employees Homeowners Association, Inc. (Philippine National Bank-Property), as represented by its President, Mr. Noel Victor P. Reyno, as a variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule of III of the Standard Implementing Rules and Regulations of Batas Pambansa BLG. 220."
