Vitangcol for the conversion and renovation of a existing 2-storey commercial building with mezzanine into a Memorial Chapel (St. Peter Memorial Chapels) and renovation of a 1-storey service facility into a funeral home with embalming facility and crematorium located at Lots 3 and 4, Quezon Avenue, Barangay Roxas,District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
