Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a residential Housing project(BP BLG. 220) with 28 lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of one thousand three hundred ninety three (1,393) square meters covered by transfer certificate of title No. 269340 of the registry deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of SPS. Amelia L. Ochoa and Serafin Ochoa (vendor), and located at lot no. 735-HHH, FLS-2568-D, Nitang Avenue, Barangay gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the samahang magkakapitbahay ng nitang avenue (samana) homeowners association, Inc, represented by Mr. Ricardo A. Tapia (Vender), Subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon city ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and batas pambansa bblg. 220.
