Abstract

An ordinance setting aside the amount of P40,000.00 out of the unappropriated funds of Quezon City as reserve fund for the payment of the loan of P200,000.00 advanced to Quezon City, which is to be repaid within a period of five years according to the provisions of Paragraph 5, Page 79, of Commonwealth Act No. 555, otherwise known as the General Appropriation Act for the fiscal year 1941.
