Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 004-2023000035, 004-2023000036 and 004-2015013599 registered under the name of Mega East Properties Inc., with an aggregate area of twenty-one thousand eight hundred twenty-five (21,825) square meters, more or less, located at Lower Sampaguita Street, Payatas A, Barangay Payatas, District II, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
