Abstract
An ordinance approving the plan with 200 lots of a Socialized Housing Project under the Community Mortgage Program of a parcel of land containing ten thousand six hundred seventy (10,670) square meters gross project area, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-278592, N-278597, N-278598, N-278599 & N-278600 of the Register of Deeds of Quezon City and registered in the name of the Manila Remnant Co., Inc. located at lot 1,6,7,8 & 9 PCS-00-011499, #21 St. Beatriz Street, Barangay Bagong Silangan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for the St. Beatriz Ng Manila Remnant Homeowners Association, Inc. (The Manila Remnant Co., Inc - Property), as represented by its President, Mr. George P. Montebon, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulation of Batas Pambansa BLG. 220."
