Montalvo, married to Nicanor Herrera and Gloria A. Montalvo, married to Reuel Montalvo, as represented by its attorney-in-fact, Mr. Eliseo B. Friginal covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered 271969 and 271970 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an area of four hundred fifty seven (457) square meters, as applied for by it's President, Mr. Harold Z. Bucala, Sr. with office address at the same project location in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
