Abstract

An ordinance amending Quezon City ordinance no. SP-714, S-98, an ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Dr. Salvador Araneta (Q.C.) housing project (BP. Blg. 220) with two hundred ninety eight (298) lots (Community Mortgage Program), containing an area of fourteen thousand two hundred six (14,206) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 28461 of the registry deeds of Quezon City, (Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-546, S-97, authorizing the honorable mayor Ismael A. Mathay, Jr. to enter into a contract of negotiated sale over 1.4 hectares of the 6.2 hectare property, as applied for by the Alyansa ng mga samahan sa sitio Mendez, Baesa Homeowners association, Inc., (Asamba Inc.) subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance no. SP-56, S-93, and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
