Abstract

A Resolution authorizing the Issuance of a Certificate of Exception for land use and parking space to Dennis International Merchandising, Inc. (DIMI) for the construction and operation of as-built: one (1)-Storey Warehouse, two (2) - One (1)-Storey Office Building and two (2) - one (1)-Storey Oped Shed located at Lots 1-A, 2, 3 and 7, Block 23, (No. 89) Tolentino Street, Barangay Del Monte, District I, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
