Abstract

A Resolution authorizing the Issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Hard Discount Philippines, Inc. for the construction and operation of the proposed one (1)-Storey Commercial Building (Dali Everyday Grocery), covering a total floor area of two hundred seven and 57/100 square meters (207.57 sqm.) located at Lot 259-B, Virginia Street, Barangay Sta. Monica, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
