Abstract

Belmonte, to acquire by purchase a certain parcel of land for public use identified as Lot 3-B, PSD-68567, registered under the names of Helen Grace I. Whiteside married to Roger John Whiteside, Josef Raymund C. Ilumin married to Veronica Romero Ilumin, Lourdes Marta S. Cather married to Terry Max Cather, and Buenaventura B. Sandoval married to Virginia L. Sandoval, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2024015161, with a total area of 320 square meters, more or less, and located at Barangay Payatas, District II, Quezon City.
