Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan with vertical components (townhouses) of two-storey low cost housing subdivision situated at Belen Corner Sta. Marcela Sts., Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, as applied for by People's Urban Development and Housing Cooperative (PUDHC), subject to compliance with the conditions prescribed under Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93, PD 957 and 1096, as amended.
