Certeza (Liason Officer) with office address at Unit 405 Cedar Building, Timog Avenue Corner Scout Tobias Street Quezon City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance Nos. SP-56, SP-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957.
