Abstract
An ordinance authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ismael A. Mathay, Jr., to negotiate with the owner or initiate an expropriation proceedings for the acquisition of a parcel of land located at Carmel V Subdivision, Tandang Sora, Quezon City, consisting of four hundred (400) square meters and covered by TCT No. 278186 (PR 33861) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City to be exclusively used as a permanent access road to Mindanao Avenue and Tandang Sora Avenue by the residents of numerous subdivisions of the northern portion of Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City.
