Carpio, Ph.D., President and with office address at No. 49 Sta. Ana Street, San Roque, Marikina City, Metro Manila, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of the Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957 or otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
