An Ordinance Approving the Alteration of Plans of Residential Subdivision Project (CMP) from 119 to 116 Lots, Containing an Area of five thousand (5,000) Square Meters, Covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered 50130 of the Registry of deeds of Quezon City, Located at Sitio Mendez, Baesa, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied by Alyansa ng mga Samahan sa Sitio Mendez-Baesa, Inc. (Asamba-1), Represented by its President, Mr. Basilio Bustenera, as a Variance Pursuant to section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Rules Standards and Regulations of Batas Pambansa, Blg. 220.
