Abstract
An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a twenty one (21)
units, four (4) storey residential complex consisting of four thousand seven hundred six (4,706) square meter project area covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Numbered N-313330 of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Gold Assets and Land Ventures, Inc., represented by its project director, Mr. Manuel Dy Wongchuking, with office address at Unit 2301 Antel 2000 Corporate Center No. 121 Valero Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulation of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Presidential Decree No. 957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
