A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Special Use Permit to Ecoenergy Fuel Corporation, as represented by Michael L. Cheng, for the proposed construction and operation of a Proposed Gasoline Station with One (1)-Storey Office Building located at Lot 20, Block 392, (No. 51-B) Del Monte Avenue, Barangay San Jose, District I, Quezon City, allowing Deviation from the Restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
