Garcia, with office address at Room 5012 press. Tower, No. 81 Timog Avenue, Quezon City, Metro Manila, in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD 957, otherwise known as Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
