A Resolution authorizing the Issuance of a Certificate of Exception, including exemption from density, height, land use, setback and open space requirements, to Fairway Woods Development Corporation, as represented by Ramon Gabaldon, for the proposed seventeen (17)-Storey Condominium building with three (3)-level basement floor and penthouse (Phase 1 Building B) located at Lots 1, 2, 10-A, 10-B. 11-A, 11-B (Right of Way), 11-D and 12, Block 22, and Lot 11-C, Block 23, Esteban Abada Street corner C. Apostol Street, Barangay Loyola Heights, District III, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
