Abstract

A Resolution authorizing the issuance of a Special Use Permit to Pangasinan Solid North Transit, Inc. for as-built: one (1)-Storey Bus Terminal with components consisting of ticketing booth, passenger lounge, two (2)-Storey Container Van Office and one (1)-Storey Common Toilet located at Lots 27 and 29, Block 10 (No. 677) Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Maryland Street, Barangay Immaculate Conception, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from there restrictions, provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
