Abstract
An Ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Nueva Villa Homeowners Association, Inc. with thirty two (32) lots, Community Mortgage Program (CMP) originated by the Quezon City Government, located at Lot 777-B-5-G & Lot 777-B-5-H, (LRC) PSD- 18526 Sitio Verdant Hills, Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City, Metro Manila, registered in the name of Min Vi Luz F. Farrales and Lu Vi Minda F. Farrales covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered RT-120463 (171080) & RT-120853 (171337) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an aggregate area of one thousand two hundred ten (1,210) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President, Mr. Arturo B. Asurto with office address at the same project location as variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
