Farrales and Lu Vi Minda F. Farrales covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Numbered RT-120463 (171080) & RT-120853 (171337) of the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, containing an aggregate area of one thousand two hundred ten (1,210) square meters, as applied for by its HOA President, Mr. Arturo B. Asurto with office address at the same project location as variance pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 220.
